- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
Directions

1Quickly brown steaks in hot oil.

2Add onion, cook 3 minutes or until almost tender.

3Combine gravy mix, vinegar, brown sugar and 1 cup water.

4Pour over steaks.

5Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
