Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Glutenburger
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Vegex or soy sauce
- 1 c. hot water
- 6 to 8 bay leaves
Directions

1Put gluten, nuts and onion through blender.

2Add unbeaten eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings.

3Add oil (less 1 tablespoon). Put in baking pan and top with bay leaves and 2/3 cup hot water. Combine the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 1/3 cup hot water and use for basting while baking.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Remove the bay leaves just before serving.

5Serve with desired gravy or cranberry sauce.
