- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup rice cooked
- 1/2 each onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits, vegetarian
- 1/2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 x salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 x flour, all-purpose
Directions

1Process walnuts in food processor and pour into a bowl.

2Process rice and pour in with walnuts.

3Saute onion in oil until tender and add to walnuts and rice along with the rest of ingredients except flour.

4Add enough flour to make patties.

5Refrigerate for one hour.

6Fry in a little oil for several minutes, turning occasionally.

7Serve on a bun with barbecue sauce and pickles.
