Bbq Peaches

  • 3 peaches, halved and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 3 tablespoons sherry wine or 3 tablespoons Bourbon
  • 50 g butter, melted

Directions

    Bbq (or fry in a grill pan) each peach half, cut side down.

    Spoon over half the melted butter and half the liqueur, and sprinkle with half the sugar.

    Bbq for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and repeat.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
