- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 6 bone-in or boneless pork chops (2-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
Directions

1Cook onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp.

2of the oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender.

3Remove from skillet; set aside.

4Add remaining 1 Tbsp.

6Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through, turning over after 5 minutes.

7Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

8Spoon onion mixture over chops; top with barbecue sauce.

10Reduce heat to low; cook until sauce is heated through.
