BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • Olive Oil (or Any Other Oil Will Also Work)
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 whole Onion, Sliced
  • KC Masterpiece Sweet And Tangy BBQ Sauce ( Or Any BBQ Sauce You Like)
  • Bread Loaves ( One Per Person)

Directions

    Rub the pork with the garlic and a little salt and pepper.

    Put some olive oil in an oven-safe pan, sear the pork on both sides.
  3. 3
    Put about a half cup of water in the pot with onion.
  4. 4
    Stick it in the oven @ 200 for 6-7 hours.

    Take out of the oven, place pork on cutting board and pull apart.

    Pour a little bit of pot juice in a casserole dish with the pulled pork.

    Add the BBQ sauce in small amounts over the pork and mix well until it suits your tastes.

    Put pork in BBQ sauce back into the oven for 15 minutes to let the favors mix together.

    Serve on toasted rolls.
