- 5 1/2 lb pork butt roast
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/3 can regular coke
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 cup coleslaw
Directions

1Rub pork butt with brown sugar and salt and pepper

2Place in slow cooker on low for 12 hours along with can of coke.

3After 12 hours remove from slow cooker and shred.

4Use fav bbq sauce and coleslaw for topping.
