  • 3 to 4 lb. meat, chuck or shoulder roast
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 to 2 hot peppers
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin

Directions

    Cut roast into small and medium cubes.

    Salt and pepper meat, then mix all remaining ingredients together.

    Pour the mix over the meat.

    Cook at 400° for about 3 hours.
