- 2 lbs boneless roast beef
- 16 ounces of favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 hamburger buns or 8 hard rolls
Directions

1Place roast in Crock Pot.

2Cover; cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.

3Remove the roast.

4Shred the meat with 2 forks.

5Pour out any liquid in Crock Pot.

6Return the meat to the Crock Pot and add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar,, lemon juice and onion.

7Cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.

8Serve with hamburger buns or hard rolls.
