  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 14 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

    Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.

    Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended.

    Shape into 16 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs.

    Thread onto 4 skewers alternately with peppers and onions.

    Grill 15 min.

    or meatballs are done (165 degrees F) and vegetables are tender, turning skewers occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
