  • 1 lb venison loin, cut up into one inch pieces
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons grill mates barbecue seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    combine all ingredients and let marinate for few hours in the refrigerator.

    cook all ingredients on low heat until cooked through (onions should also caramelize).

    Add more barbecue seasoning and pepper if needed, to taste.

    Serve on noodles or rice.
