- 5 slices extra lean turkey bacon, cooked until very crisp
- 4 oz. Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions (2 large onions)
- 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
- Ground chipotle pepper, to taste
- 8 slices Weight Watchers whole wheat bread
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 Slices fresh tomatoes
Directions

1Crumble bacon into a medium bowl.

2Add cream cheese, onion, maple syrup and chipotle pepper to taste; mix well.

3Toast bread slices; spread cream cheese mixture evenly on 4 slices, top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices tomato and a slice of toast.

4Cut in half to serve.
