BCLT Recipe Weight Watchers Cheese

  • 5 slices extra lean turkey bacon, cooked until very crisp
  • 4 oz. Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions (2 large onions)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
  • Ground chipotle pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices Weight Watchers whole wheat bread
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 Slices fresh tomatoes

Directions

    Crumble bacon into a medium bowl.

    Add cream cheese, onion, maple syrup and chipotle pepper to taste; mix well.

    Toast bread slices; spread cream cheese mixture evenly on 4 slices, top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices tomato and a slice of toast.

    Cut in half to serve.
