- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Add pinch of salt.

4Slowly beat in sugar, chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla.

5Put foil on cookie sheet and drop with teaspoon.

6Turn oven off and leave in for 2 to 3 hours.
