- 1 pound prunes
- 1 quart carrots chopped
- 1 1/2 quarts potatoes chopped
- 1 pound stewing beef
- 1 each onions
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 each cloves, whole whole cloves
Directions

1Soak 1 pound navy beans overnight.

2Cook beans, prunes, beef and vegetables separately.
