Bean And Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Drain and mix green beans and corn.

    Put in casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.

    Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, onion and salt. Spread over bean and corn mixture.

    Melt margarine.

    Add in Ritz crackers (crushed) and almonds.

    Spread on top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350°, uncovered.
