- 1 lb. fresh pork sausage links
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 17 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1In covered 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage and 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes.

2Remove cover; reduce heat to low.

3Cook sausages until browned, turning often.

4Drain on paper towels.

5Cut each into slices 1/4-inch thick.

6Cook celery and onion until tender, about 5 minutes.

7In large bowl, combine croutons with 1 cup hot water.

8Add all ingredients and mix well. Stuffing for a 6 to 8 pound turkey.
