Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. or 12 oz. pkg. hot dogs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can B & M beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
  • 28 to 32 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. molasses

Directions

    Brown and drain ground beef.

    Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces.

    Mix beef, hot dog pieces and all other ingredients in a large pot or bowl. Divide into 2 casserole dishes (2 to 3-quart size each).

    Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
