Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag dry pinto beans
  • 1 lg chopped onion
  • Ham bone(or cut up ham pieces)
  • 1/2 T molassas
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • I jar Bartolli pasta sauce
  • 1/4 t onion powder and celery powder
  • Pepper/salt to taste

Directions

    Place dry beans(soaked overnight) in fresh water to cover after draining.

    Cook in pressure cooker at 15 lb pressure for 15 min.

    Drain off half the liquid.
  4. 4
    Add remaining ingredients and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
