  • 1 c. red kidney beans, drained, or use dry, soak 2 days and boil until tender (according to pkg.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle red pepper relish (sweet)
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. dry or wet mustard

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients; chill for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
