- 8 slices bacon, cut fine
- 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans, undrained
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Chop bacon fine and cook with onion.

2Combine other ingredients and add to bacon mixture.

3Bake at 475° for 15 minutes.

4Then bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

5Add 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese to top of mixture.

6Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with Fritos.
