Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, cut fine
  • 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans, undrained
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Chop bacon fine and cook with onion.

    Combine other ingredients and add to bacon mixture.

    Bake at 475° for 15 minutes.

    Then bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Add 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese to top of mixture.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with Fritos.
