- 1/4 c. diced green chilies
- 1/4 c. unsalted tomato chips
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can (30 oz.) vegetarian refried beans
Directions

1Combine chilies, tomato sauce and onions and seasonings in a saucepan and cook until onions are tender.

2Add beans and simmer until warmed through.

3Serve either hot or cold.
