  • 1/4 c. diced green chilies
  • 1/4 c. unsalted tomato chips
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can (30 oz.) vegetarian refried beans

Directions

    Combine chilies, tomato sauce and onions and seasonings in a saucepan and cook until onions are tender.

    Add beans and simmer until warmed through.

    Serve either hot or cold.
