- pinto beans or use 2 cans pintos
- 1 can Cajun tomato sauce
- 1 egg or bread crumbs (for filler)
- celery
- chives
- green peppers (sweet and hot)
- parsley
- onion
- garlic
- grated sharp and Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Mix beans, chopped spices and bread crumbs or egg.

2Form into a well defined loaf.

3Use large loaf pan.

4Put cheese on top and smooth sauce all over top and sides.

5Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
