  • pinto beans or use 2 cans pintos
  • 1 can Cajun tomato sauce
  • 1 egg or bread crumbs (for filler)
  • celery
  • chives
  • green peppers (sweet and hot)
  • parsley
  • onion
  • garlic
  • grated sharp and Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix beans, chopped spices and bread crumbs or egg.

    Form into a well defined loaf.

    Use large loaf pan.

    Put cheese on top and smooth sauce all over top and sides.

    Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
