- 1 cup juice Bean, water or milk
- 1 cup molasses or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder Non-alum
- whole wheat flour cup AM
- 1 cup carob powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 nutmeg
Directions

1Blend beans, juice, molasses, egg, and vanilla in a blender or food processor.

2Add dry ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.

3Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.

4Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes, or until done.
