Ingredients: 1 cup Flour; 3/4 cups Sugar; 1 teaspoon Baking Powder; 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda; 1 pinch Salt; 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature; 1/2 cups Milk; 1 whole Egg; 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla

1 cup Flour
3/4 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 pinch Salt
3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
1/2 cups Milk
1 whole Egg
1/2 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions

Combine dry ingredients with butter until well combined. Gradually add half the milk, mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, vanilla and remaining milk, then combine with the other mixture until well combined.

Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin tins.

For Mr. Snowman, I used jumbo, regular and mini size cupcake tins. Any flavor of cupcake will work just fine.

Frost with buttercream frosting and decorate with various candies, a fruit roll-up for the scarf, and an Oreo and peanut butter cup for his hat.
