- 1 cup cooked pinto beans
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats (rolled oats)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

3Pour into a bowl and beat in egg, oil, honey and vanilla.
