- 4 chicken legs and thighs
- 2 chicken breasts
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Place chicken, onion, butter and lemon juice in crock-pot and cover.

2Cook on low heat for several hours or until tender. Strain liquid. Combine with mushroom soup.

3Pour over chicken.

4Heat in pot and serve.
