Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can small peas
  • 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, cut lengthwise
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1/2 c. oil (Crisco)
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Drain off all juice from first 6 ingredients.

    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.

    Pour mix over vegetables and beans.

    Let set overnight.

    Dip salad out of mix.
