  • 1 can wax green beans
  • 1 can red beans
  • 1/4 c. pimento
  • 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Drain beans.

    Cut onions, peppers and pimentos into thin strips.

    Mix together.

    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and leave overnight.
