- 1 can wax green beans
- 1 can red beans
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain beans.

2Cut onions, peppers and pimentos into thin strips.

3Mix together.

4Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and leave overnight.

5Stir and serve.
