  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)
  • 6 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup each milk and half-and-half

Directions

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion onto bottom of pie crust.

    Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in pie crust.

    Place on rimmed baking sheet.

    Bake 45 to 50 min.

    or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
