Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. French style green beans
  • 1 c. tiny English peas
  • 8 1/2 oz. can tiny lima beans
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Place first 4 ingredients in bowl.

    Stir until sugar is dissolved, add remaining ingredients and stir gently.

    Place in covered container and marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator. Drain 30 minutes before serving.
