Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can black-eyed peas
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

    Rinse beans, peas and corn, then combine in a bowl with onions, green pepper and celery.

    Combine honey, vinegar, oil and seasonings.

    Heat just enough to blend and pour over beans. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
