  • 1 cup garbanzo beans (optional)
  • 12 cup salad oil
  • 12 cup cider vinegar
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup onion, thinly sliced
