Ingredients
- 8 oz. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. celery flakes
- 1 tsp. green pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. chives
- 2 tsp. vegetable flakes
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 shakes Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except sausage) together in crock-pot. Cut sausage into thin slices and mix into sauce.

2Cook about 15 minutes on high setting.

3Turn off and let stand about 12 hours. Turn crock-pot on (low setting) about 3 hours before serving. Serves about 25 persons.
