Ingredients

  • 2 Bell Peppers any color
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Parsley Chopped
  • 4 Green onions
  • 1 Kale (optional )
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 McCormick Steak Seasoning or whatever seasoning you like
  • 3 Cans any beans rinsed, I prefer organic black and kidney beans

    Chop all veggies up add vinegar, olive oil, and seasoning.
