- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 c. celery slices
- 1 (8 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
Directions

1Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and seasonings; beat until thoroughly blended.

2Pour over vegetables; mix lightly.

3Cover; marinate in dressing in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain.
