Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 c. celery slices
  • 1 (8 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained

Directions

    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and seasonings; beat until thoroughly blended.

    Pour over vegetables; mix lightly.

    Cover; marinate in dressing in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain.
