Ingredients

  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped or rings
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped or rings
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain and rinse all beans; combine with green pepper, celery and onion.

    Combine last 7 ingredients and heat.

    Pour sauce over vegetables while hot.

    Drain before serving.

    Should be made at least 24 hours before serving.
