  • 1 lb. small soup beans (navy), soaked overnight
  • 1/4 tsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme (more for taste)
  • 1/2 can medium tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 stalks celery, cut up
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 green pepper, diced
  • 1 small turnip
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 small potatoes
