  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (9 1/2 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion; drain.

    Stir in brown sugar, pork and beans, salt and barbecue sauce.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole.

    Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles.

    Place cut side down around edge of casserole.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
