- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 2 eggs
- 6 saltine crackers
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Directions

1Soak cabbage leaves in salt water for 10 minutes.

2Mix hamburger, sausage, rice, catsup, crackers, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and celery salt.

3Shape into balls and place in cabbage leaves.

4Roll up.

5Put layer of sauerkraut into baking dish. Cover with shredded cabbage.

6Place cabbage roll-ups on top of this.

7Cover with a small can of tomato sauce.

8Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
