  • 1/2 lb. diced lean pork (more or less)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 c. or more chopped celery
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder and/or garlic bits
  • pepper
  • parsley flakes
  • 2 to 3 (No. 3) cans vegetarian beans
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 small can tomato sauce (optional)

Directions

    Brown diced pork in a large skillet with chopped onion, garlic, onion powder and seasonings.

    Add brown sugar, celery and pineapple.

    Simmer over low heat until ready to serve or place in oven casserole at 325° to 350° or crock-pot.
