- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon rind
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Beat egg yolks in saucepan.

2Combine sugar and flour; add to eggs.

5Add lemon rind and slowly add lemon juice, mixing well.

6Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until filling is smooth and thick.
