  • 1 cup haricot beans
  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • 1 cup rice
  • 12 tablespoon salt

Directions

    soak everything is water overnight.

    Then grind in mixer into a coarse paste.

    Keep in warm place for fermentation for 4-6 hours.

    Add salt while grinding Then on griddle spread like a pancake and cook on both sides.

    Can eat with any of chutneys or with Ketchup.
