  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 2 bananas, cut in half lengthwise

Directions

    In a skillet, heat butter and brown sugar for 5 minutes, or until sugar is melted and begins to caramelize.

    Add the liqueur and stir.

    Add the bananas and cook for about 1 minute - just enough to heat through - don't let them get mushy! Serve immediately, either by themselves or with ice cream.
