- 1 lb. bear meat, cubed
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. smoked barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1Remove all fat from cubed bear meat.

2Brown cubes in margarine.

3Add pepper to taste.

4Pour pineapple juice over meat, simmer 20 minutes.

5Drain.

6Coat with barbecue sauce.

7Add water as needed.

8Simmer in covered pan for 30 to 45 minutes.
