  • 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
  • 34 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 12 tablespoons tarragon (dried)
  • 2 14 teaspoons Dijon mustard (sharp recommended)
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (sub white vinegar plus extra tarragon)
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Add the ingredients into your bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.

    Process on Wheat or Medium setting, or do a dough cycle and shape into a loaf, baking on parchment paper on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes at 375F.
