- 3 pkg. yeast
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). honey
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) tepid water
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- 3-3/4 cups (875 ml) flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and honey in tepid water.

2Sift in flour and salt.

3Mix well and knead lightly on a floured board.

4Cut into 8 equal pieces and shape into rounds.

5Roll or flatten with your hands until about 5 in.
