  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Bake in a 1-quart casserole at 325° for 15 minutes.
