Beef and Bean Salad

  • 500g beef rump or sirloin steaks
  • 2/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
  • olive oil spray
  • 400g can butter beans, drained
  • 150g green beans, blanched
  • 150g yellow beans, blanched
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil and flat-leaf parsley

Directions

    Marinate the beef in half the dressing for 30 minutes or overnight.

    Spray a non-stick grill pan or BBQ with oil and heat over medium-high heat.

    Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes each side, remove and cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes.

    Toss together the beans, onion, olives, basil and parsley, then arrange on a serving plate.

    Thinly slice the beef and scatter over bean salad.

    Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve immediately.
