- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper as desired
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- beef cubes
- corn-on-the-cob
- green peppers
- tomatoes
Directions

1Mix oil, vinegar and spices in glass container.

2Add beef; stir to coat.

3Cover and refrigerate 4 or more hours, stirring occasionally.

4Remove beef.

5Place beef, corn, peppers and tomatoes about 1/4-inch apart.

6Brush with marinade.

7Cover and grill 4 to 5 inches form coals.

8Turn and marinate occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
