- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 13 cup celery chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves dried
- 13 cup sweet red bell peppers green, chopped
- 1 each garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cups pasta, elbow macaroni dry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 28 ounces tomatoes can, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese american cheese, dry
Directions

1Place hamburger in large skillet.

2Separate into small pieces and saute until meat is brown.

3Remove meat from skillet and drain off most liquid.

4Place pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and drain.

5Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet and saute onion, celery, peppers, and garlic until soft.

6Add cooked pasta, hamburger, tomatoes, bouillon, parsley, sugar and pepper.

7Toss ingredients.

8Simmer slowly for 20-minutes while stirring frequently.

9Serve when flavors have blended.

10A small bowl of dry american cheese should accompany the meal with crusty bread, and green salad.
