  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
  • 13 cup celery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves dried
  • 13 cup sweet red bell peppers green, chopped
  • 1 each garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 cups pasta, elbow macaroni dry
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 28 ounces tomatoes can, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese american cheese, dry

Directions

    Place hamburger in large skillet.

    Separate into small pieces and saute until meat is brown.

    Remove meat from skillet and drain off most liquid.

    Place pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and drain.

    Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet and saute onion, celery, peppers, and garlic until soft.

    Add cooked pasta, hamburger, tomatoes, bouillon, parsley, sugar and pepper.

    Toss ingredients.

    Simmer slowly for 20-minutes while stirring frequently.

    Serve when flavors have blended.
